The Company was set up in 2001, registered with the Cluj Trade Register under number J12/438/2001 and tax registration code RO13790700. The Company’s headquarters are based in the City of Cluj-Napoca, strada Traian Vuia 152, Cluj county, in the vicinity of the “Ambient” shopping centre and the “Avram Iancu” International Airport in Cluj-Napoca.

The executive and administrative management of the Company is provided by Mr. Horațiu Dacian Laslo, Eng., acting as Company Director and holding the position of General Manager.
