Ideal candidate:

– technical university studies graduate / technical profile high-school graduate
– RERA permit, minimum II B;

Tasks:
– carry out periodic inspections and technical examinations of technical systems;
– identify and check material quality, and clean the accessible parts of electrical systems;
– determine repair needs, based on the electrical systems’ technical state, and carry out the repair;
– maintenance of electrical control system and electrical power systems (diagnose, repair, modify / upgrade);
– participate in all corrective and preventive maintenance tasks for electrical systems;
– perform interventions on electrical systems: minor repairs, other works;
– monitor equipment operation, report abnormalities/failure to observe regular operating parameters;
